Well I have finally gotten around to uploading the pictures. I have been procrastinating because I don't have my picture computer it's still in transit from Canada and I didn't want to install Picasa on my laptop but I did anyways.
We have moved in to our new place and you can see by the pictures it's quite nice although the house part is pretty dark during the day. They have a habit of having overhangs that cover the windows and the sun is so high in the sky that hardly any light gets in. Plus the kitchen where I am the light from the front of the house is blocked by a big wall.
Our backyard has lots of palms that block out a lot of the light so I've chopped about 4 down already and there's more to go. The only problem is the lizards are in them and I squashed another on the other day Crying face. So I'm trying to fell them a little gentler now. The leaves part we can put in the FROND place (never heard of the word frond)
The term frond refers to a large, divided leaf. In both common usage and botanical nomenclature.
Ok just looked it up it's the leaf. But the trunk part I'm not sure we can put it in frond pile, we may have to drive them to the dump and I'm not to frond of that Open-mouth smile please somebody get that joke I've been saying it all week and L just doesn't give me any reaction.

L is getting on at work she's driving different cars on different days, they are piling the work on and saying no overtime.
Our weekend is here and we will be getting a WASHING MACHINE. Yeah I know big deal right but we don't have one. We have a new fridge, 2 wicker chairs L bought for outside. Our kitchen set is 2 other fake plastic molded wicker like chairs and a Bunnings (like Home Depot) folding plastic table. The idea is that the table will make a great computer table and if we ever entertain we can make it the buffet table. The 2 chairs (fake plastic ....) are really expensive but comfortable. Kind of the stuff you'd find in McDonald's and they match the 2 outside chairs. Right now there is a palm down in the middle of the patio (the whole backyard is a patio) and I'll have to de fond it and cut it up. Ok I also have pruning scissors and a bow saw. My other tools are a caulking gun and a box cutter. This place has a few things that need fixing not to mention THE DRIPPING TAPS THAT KEEP ME UP AT NIGHT.
Speaking of things that keep me up at night, every night I don't know what it is but something decides to run across the roof. L says it's probably a rat. She also thinks there is a dead one in the eves trough making a horrible smell making it kinda unpleasant to sit out the back.
Well that's were we are as of today check out the pics see how we are suffering, well the pics make life look great here and once we get things sorted out life should settle down to just being plane boring (I hope so). We also got note that our stuff that was shipped cleared customs and "just has to be delivered", so I'm thinking 2-3 more weeks. I hope it comes we bought a cheap foam mattress and I don't think it was made for people that weigh than 100lbs cause I'm prettying much touching the floor. Plus it doesn't spring back. Well we didn't pay much so if you come visit guess what you will be sleeping on????
